Frequently Asked Questions

RgbKit ensures that nobody except you can access your images. Your uploaded images are processed over our cloud servers. The transfer of images is done over a secured HTTPS channel. The uploaded images are automatically deleted after two hours. RgbKit never makes any copies of your images for future usage.
The whole process of image conversion depends on the number of images that you want to process in a batch, your internet speed to upload the images, and the server load that we get at that particular time. We are working on a premium service that will aim for faster image processing for our subscribed users.
Rgbkit maintains a different session for each user based on your browsers properties. However, for premium services we are working on the authentication part.
The process is the same for both systems. However, you can drag and drop your images on a desktop. You can also upload your images by clicking on the "Browse your images" link and going to the respective directory where your images files are stored.
